Les Pringle
Operations Manager
Les joined Tipton Training in 2008 as the Operations Manager.
He spent eight years prior to joining Tipton Training Limited working as the practice manager for St Ann’s Dental Practice in Manchester City Centre, a private referral practice, as well as managing the Dental Training Academy. Les moved over to Tipton Training Limited in 2008 when St Ann’s Dental was sold.
Les’ role at Tipton Training is in ensuring that all the logistics, travel, venues, locations; staffs are all at the correct place at the right time to ensure that delegates receive their training. Les also builds and manages relations with clients and companies who support the Tipton Training courses.
Les is married with two teenage sons. He enjoys walking and most major sports.

Lisa Royle
RDN
Lisa has been a dental nurse for over 29 years, she has worked alongside Professor Tipton for over 5 years.
She is very experienced in assisting with all aspects of dentistry including Periodontics, Orthodontics and Implantology. She has a great knowledge of dental implants and has attended several courses. Her role has also included being a practice manager for several years.
Lisa travels around the UK, Dublin and Dubai nursing with Professor Tipton and also is a highly valuable member of the Tipton training team. She works alongside Louise with the day to day running of the courses and travels to London and Watford considerably.
In her spare time she enjoys to spending time with her family and going to the gym.
Catherine Cisse
RDN Course Coordinator
Catherine joined the Tipton Team as a Course Coordinator in April 2013. Previously Catherine has supported Tipton Training, Dental Nursing on the courses since September 2011. She has over 15 years’ experience as a Dental Nurse working in NHS, Private practices and also in The Royal Army Dental Corps as a Dental Support Specialist.
Catherine is responsible for planning and coordinating the delivery of the Tipton Training courses, She works alongside Les to schedule course dates, book venues and lecturers. She also supports the dentists while on the courses with any enquiries and course information.
She likes to spend time with her family and three young sons who keep her very busy.
