Mohamed acquired his primary dental qualification the year 2004 from Cairo University, Egypt. In 2007 he started 3 years of speciality training in Restorative dentistry with subspecialty of Endodontics to gain the highly prestigious Membership in Restorative Dentistry in Endodontics from the Royal college of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
He started his private practice in 2009 and in 2011 he founded Royal Dentists Institute a leading Postgraduate dental training institute in the Middle East. Academically he is also an examiner of the Royal college of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and in November 2016 he was officially elected a fellow of the same college. Mohamed kept running his high-end private practice in Cairo performing advanced Endodontic treatment under surgical operating microscope and receiving regional referrals.
In October 2016 Mohamed moved to the U.K. to start working as a clinical teaching fellow in restorative dentistry, School of Dentistry, University of Leeds. In November 2018 Mohamed was entered onto the GDC specialist list in Endodontics as one of less than 300 specialists across the U.K., and one of very few in the north of England.
