Who should do this course?

We believe this course is aimed at experienced dentists, wishing to improve their clinical work and invest more time into the understanding of smile design, facial aesthetics and the use of digital tools to design the perfect smile. If you are an independent dentist with a good understanding of Occlusion, treatment planning and tooth preparation or a Tipton Training Alumni who has done either the Level 7 Certificate in Restorative Dentistry or the Level 7 Certificate in Operative Dentistry then this course will help you deliver Aesthetic treatments that your patients aspire to receive.

I am confused about which course will suit me best. Can you tell me the difference between the Level 7 Certificate in Restorative Dentistry and Level 7 Certificate in Aesthetic Dentistry?

The Aesthetic Course is an advanced course for dentists who are looking to carry out more private and advance dental work such as Digital and Smile Design Improvement. The Restorative Course is aimed at dentists looking to explore occlusion and stabilisation techniques to improve their general dentistry.

How much practical work is involved?

The Aesthetic course consists of a mix of lectures, demonstrations and practical sessions. It is 50% theory and 50% practical.

How much reading is involved?

The theory is based on reading material provided to you via your Members portal on the website. This will be available to you up to 4 weeks prior to the specific course module. All scientific journals are hand-picked by the team and are essential in developing your knowledge within specific topics. Reading material is required specifically for Unit 1. Professor Tipton and his team may refer back to specific points within the reading so it is important to make sure you are up to date.

Are there any additional course costs?

What is covered in the course fees?

We provide you with the models for diagnostic waxing days. A light lunch and refreshments will be available. We will try to accommodate any dietary requirements.
