Blended learning – designed for working dentists
Our new age Covid 19 approach means a new form of teaching is demanded by many dentists. Teaching that brings together flexibility of watch when and where you want and on a devise you want in a safe environment and at a safe distance with all the expertise, experience, knowledge and worldwide reputation of Tipton Training.
Each of our programmes now offer a blended learning approach, combining online learning, hands on clinical practice and face-to-face activity, which enables delegates to work in practice and maximise income whilst studying at home and at their own rate.
We use interactive online webinars to conduct lectures and seminars followed by weekly mentoring tutorial sessions with one of our experienced lecturers to reinforce all knowledge and techniques.
He or she will become you personal module tutor and will attend virtual one on one academic coaching sessions to help support your learning and progress through the programme.
Flexible entry and exit points mean that you can complete the programme within any 12 -24 month period and exit with a RCS accredited, Level 7, PG Certificate or Diploma and beyond to an MSc.
Our webinars are broken down into bite sized chunks to allow for viewing and learning in between patients, on journey into work and at time that are convenient, which means all lectures are available ON DEMAND, when and where you want. They have also been recorded in such a way that they are easily watchable on all devises and made especially so they are mobile friendly.
Students have the opportunity to hear, contribute to and record the sessions for future reference, all from the comfort of their home or workplace.
Content covered can be implemented immediately in practice which is one of the main benefits of blended learning. This clinical practice time can then be used as case study material for the course.
