The Diploma in Advanced Restorative Dentistry (Level 7) represents the pinnacle of Tipton Training’s educational pathway, combining the Restorative, Operative, and Aesthetic Courses into a single, comprehensive programme. Designed for dentists aiming to achieve mastery across all aspects of restorative and aesthetic dentistry, this Diploma equips delegates with the knowledge, technical skill, and aesthetic insight to deliver high-quality private dental treatments with confidence.
Delivered across 53 modules through seminars, hands-on training on Phantom Heads, practical workshops, live demonstrations, and online teaching, the Diploma includes 34 face-to-face training days and 19 online sessions. This structure ensures a seamless balance of theory, practical experience, and clinical application, enabling you to integrate advanced techniques directly into your own practice.
The programme begins with a solid foundation in restorative dentistry, covering occlusion, articulators, TMJ splints, tooth preparations, endodontics, periodontics, and treatment planning. Building on this, the Operative component allows you to refine your clinical skills under the guidance of a hand-picked team of expert demonstrators, practising anterior and posterior tooth preparations, bonded and ceramic crowns, porcelain inlays and onlays, direct composite restorations, gold preparations, and bridge work.
The Aesthetic component then elevates your training further, teaching you how to deliver the smiles your patients desire. You will explore smile design, laboratory communication, tooth anatomy, clinical photography, veneer preparations, digital smile design, and even facial aesthetics including Botox and dermal fillers. By the end of the Diploma, you will have the expertise to seamlessly combine restorative precision with advanced aesthetic outcomes.
Graduates of the Diploma in Advanced Restorative Dentistry will have the knowledge, experience, and confidence to plan and deliver complex private restorative and cosmetic treatments, helping patients achieve predictable, life-changing results.
Duration of Course:
Delegates have two options for earning their Diploma. They can complete all courses side-by-side, finishing within approximately 12 to 18 months. Alternatively, they can pursue the Diploma by completing the individual certificates one after another, achieving their Diploma in approximately 24 to 36 months.
