We love it when our delegates recommend us — and now, we’re rewarding you for it, better than ever before.
Whether you refer one person or ten, you’ll receive exclusive gifts and experiences as a thank-you from us. The more people you refer onto our year-long courses, the greater the rewards.
You can choose to claim rewards at each tier, or accumulate referrals to unlock higher-tier rewards.
How the Referral Rewards Scheme Works?
- Refer a Friend: Recommend a friend or colleague for one of our year-long Certificate or Diploma courses. Once they enrol and pay, your referral is confirmed — and you’re one step closer to a reward.
- Quick & Easy to Refer: It only takes a minute. Just fill out our online referral form or email us with your referral’s name and course of interest. Tip: Make sure they mention your name when they book on so we can track it.
- Unlimited Referrals: There’s no cap on how many people you can refer, and no limit to the rewards you can earn. The more you refer, the more you get!
- Claim Your Rewards: Choose to redeem your reward after each tier, or hold off and build up your referrals for a bigger reward. Once a reward is claimed, your referral count resets back to zero — and you can start again.

Eligibility
- This programme is only valid for referrals to our year-long Certificate or Diploma courses and does not apply to short courses.
- Referrer must be a current or past Tipton Training delegate.
- Referrals must be new delegates who have not previously enrolled with Tipton Training.
- Referrals must be submitted via email or online referral form provided by Tipton Training.
- Referral claims must be made before or at the time of booking. No retrospective claims will be accepted under any circumstances.
- The referred delegate must successfully enrol and pay their registration fee or full fee for the referral to count.
Tiered Rewards
Each referral is counted once the referred individual has fully registered and paid.
Claiming Rewards
- When you become eligible to receive a reward, we will contact you via email or Whatsapp and offer you two options:
- The choice to redeem your reward at your current tier, and your referral count will reset to zero
- OR continue accumulating referrals to reach a higher tier.
- When you claim your reward(s), it will be fulfilled within 30 days of your referral starting their course.
- Rewards are non-exchangeable for cash and subject to availability. Suitable alternatives may be offered.
General
- Tipton Training reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
- Fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referrals will not be accepted.
Crossover with Group Bookings
- If a referrer introduces two or more new delegates who book on together, the referrer will receive the Tier 2 reward (or higher, depending on the number referred), and the referred delegates will also qualify for the applicable Group Booking Discount.
- This allows both the referrer and the new delegates to benefit from the respective schemes.
- The referral reward is only applicable where the referrer is not part of the same simultaneous group booking as the people they refer. If all parties are booking together as a group, the group discount applies and no referral reward is issued for that cohort.
- In the event that a temporary special offer is running, the Group Booking Discount will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the current promotional rates.
