Professor Bollen studies dentistry at the Catholic University in Leuven (Belgium) where he graduated in 1992. In 1906 he became the youngest dentist receiving his PhD at the same school and between 1992 and 1997 he also finished his Masters Degree in Periodintology and Implant Dentistry in Leuven.
He is Professor at the department of Stomatology at the Yerevan State Medical University in Armenia and visiting Professor at the America University of Iraq, Baghdad. He was also Dean of Dentistry at the American University of Iraq. He has held academic positions in Belgium (Leuven and Liege), The Netherlands (Nijmegen), Germany (Bonn and Düsseldorf) and the UK (Manchester and Birmingham) and is currently a lecturer at the MED Academy in Vilius (Lithuania) and Ambassador for ClenImpolant Foundation.
He is editor-in-chief of 3 international online journals, and has published more tyhan 65 international and more than 25 national scientific publications. He has also published 10 books/chapters in books.
He lectures worldwide on Ceramic Dental Implants, concentrated growth factors and ultra-short implants.
He has aprivatr clinic in Belgium and Manchester, limited tp Periodontology and `Implant Dentistry.
